aonther creature's, be that magic or natural, alignment. It will
sence emotions such as anger or happiness.

Anything within an area of can be heard. This psionic regulates the sound
so that all is heard at equil volume and clairity. The psionist is also

total darkness. The psionist's vision is perfect, sharper than humanly

sensation at the back of the neck, or hear a light humming sound just

Detonate: Allows the psionist the rapidly acclerate molecules within an
inorganic object. Such as a rock or gun. The explosive power of the object
is directly proportional to its mass. Objects under one pound will inflict
15 Damage. Objects of two pounds of more will cause it's weight multipled by
10, i.e. a 20 lb rock would inflict 200 damage.

Psychokinesis: This alility allows the psionist to move object with an
invisible force comming from the mind. There is no size or weight limit.
The PEP is determinded with the amount of weight and duration it is
maintainded. The Table works as so, five PEP points for each 3 pounds,
that number is multiplied by how many turns the object it moved. Moving
small, light objects is relatively easy. As the objects become more massave,
the task becoms significantly more difficult.

Create Sound: This ability allows the psionicist to produuce sound from
silence. This means the user can choose the sorce or location of the sound.
For example, he could make rocks sing, weapons cast insults, or trees sound
as if a battle was occurring inside.

Disintergrate: This allows the user to destroy anything he touches. By
breaking the moloecular bonds within an object it actually disintergrates.
There is no limitation on the object, living or inorganic. There is only
a time limit, the touch must be maintained for 3 turns and intence
concentration must be held. After 3 turns, the object will disintergrate
by one square foot per turn.

kenetic energy, the energy produced by movemt and fruction. The psionicist
could soften a blow, slow a fall, reduce damage from a projectile, or vise

force it is doubled.

of debilitating opponents. When used, it causes no physical damage to the

Open Rift: This amazing ability allows the user to tear open a rift in the
space time continuium, a temprol gate to another dimention. The users
quickly waves his hand across thin air, a black waving tear will result.
The rift is commonly random, but if the psionicist has traveled to another
dimention he can open a portal there with immence concertration.

Mental Lash: This weapon causes a spike of psychokentetic energy to strike a
living taget's neuralogical responce system. The Result is emence and
overwelming pain, possible unconsciousness, and 200 points of damage from
the main body.

Mental Probe: This ablity enables the Psionicist to veiw the thoughts and
intentions of others. It requires physical touch, and intence concentration.
The user gains limited access to the victoms memories and total access to
immediate thoughts. The psionicist will retain the knowledge for d8 turns
after that it will slowly begin to fade away.

Ego Whip: This ability allos the user to gain awe from his oppenets.
This ability attacks the ego of the victom, his inner self. All his
confindence and selfworth are controlled by the psionicist. He can invoke
feelings of inferiority and worthless, even confusion.

Cast Illusions: This form effects d20 intelligent craetures. The Psionicist
can alter all aspects of an environment, only visualy. The Ground may melt
or spiders may crawl out of an enemies skin. Whatever the psionicist can
dream up becomes a realistic and convencing environment.

Pyrokenesis: This ability allows the user to control and manipulate all
aspects of fire. The psionicist must have a sorce element, meaning he
cannot just create fire, he can only alter existing fire. The tempature
can be regulaed from a cool 95 degrees to 5200 degrees F. Depending on
the tempature and form of attack the damage will be determinded by the GM.

Invoke Fear: This ability causes intence, unconrtolable, and overwhelming
fear to attack an intelligent foe. The vitom colapses and will begin to
scream uncontrolably. The victom is somewhat aware of his surroundings but
had little concern for danger. A save throw can be made, if successful the
victom is able to continue with -5 on all combat attbiutes.

Destroy Heart: This ability targets the victoms heart and vital organs.
By accerating the molocules within these structures the psionicist is
able to destroy then, casue them to explode. The result is near instant
