Dermal Regeneration came about nearly 80 years ago towards the end of World War IV. The technology was actually recovered from the IAF. It involves quickly regenerating skin using the patient's DNA as a map. The process has become standard treatment for cuts, lacerations, and abrasions. Combined with Partial Body Cloning, patients can be fully recovered from lost limbs or gun shots within a few hours, or even minutes.

Magnified veiw of layers of regenerating skin.
